The role has no direct reports but provides strong matrix leadership across agile Teams. /p pIn this role, you will be accountable for the overall performance and strategic direction of the product portfolio.
You will define the mid- to long-term portfolio roadmap, align Agile Teams around common priorities, identify portfolio opportunities and risks, and ensure that product decisions support profitable growth, lifecycle discipline, customer value and execution focus.
Day-to-day Agile execution remains with the Agile Team Product Managers and Product Owners. /p pYou will work globally across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance and the PM Chapter.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement to achieve strategic and operational goals /li /ul pbQualifications for the role: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field an MBA is considered an advantage /lili8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or a related leadership role within the power electronics, critical power, electrical equipment, or industrial technology sectors /liliProven experience managing global product portfolios, including product strategy, lifecycle management, roadmap definition, and business performance accountability /liliStrong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in PL ownership, business case development, pricing strategies, and profitability management /liliTrack record of translating market insights into successful product strategies, with the ability to identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth initiatives /liliExperience leading cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, service, finance, and executive leadership without direct reporting authority /liliExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for ownership, execution, and continuous improvement /li /ul pbSuccess Criteria /b /pulliRevenue growth and margin improvement of the product line /liliMarket growth and penetration (market share %) for respective product portfolio /liliStrengthened market position in key segments /liliReliable execution of product roadmap and launches /liliHigh-performing team with clear accountability /li /ul pBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.

The role is part of the Critical Power Agile organization and reports to the Chapter Leader Product Management.
You will identify market trends, competitive shifts, strategic opportunities and potential MA or partnership candidates, translating these insights into clear portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership, strong business acumen, industrial product understanding, portfolio management discipline and the ability to influence without formal authority.
