We are formalizing a direct advertising practice to serve brand partners who want a deeper, more deliberate relationship with our audience and we are hiring the person who will build and lead it. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced advertising professional to own our direct sales and campaign operations end to end.
Reporting to the founders, you will develop the commercial strategy, build the advertiser pipeline, and manage the full lifecycle of every direct partnership from first outreach through renewal.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a direct advertising sales strategy across watch brands, retailers, watch‑adjacent services, and other select categories. Sell across the full inventory portfolio: web display, sponsored content, newsletter placements, podcast and video sponsorships, giveaways, and custom creative programs.
Develop and maintain the media kit, rate card, and proposal materials, and price inventory against audience and performance data. Manage campaign
