What You’ll Do Manage and grow affiliate marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers, creators, and affiliate partners Identify and recruit new affiliate partners Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates Analyze campaign data and prepare reports for clients Develop strategic recommendations to improve campaign performanceNegotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and industry developments Collaborate closely with our Influencer, Sales, and Campaign Management teams Help shape and improve internal affiliate marketing processes What We’re Looking For Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Account Management Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong project management abilities Independent and proactive working style Passion for digital marketing and online business Experience with affiliate networks such as Awin, CJ, Tradedoubler, Impact, or Partnerize Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting Understanding of influencer marketing and creator partnerships Previous agency experience What You Can Expect Work with exciting brands and fast-growing digital businesses High level of ownership from day one Modern office in Berlin-Steglitz Flexible work environment with the option to work from home on Fridays Company laptop and smartphone Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes Regular team events and company celebrations A young, ambitious, and supportive team Introductory call (approx. 15 minutes) Interview with our Affiliate Team Final interview with the management team Offer & Welcome to CASA Media #J-18808-Ljbffr As one of Germany's leading influencer marketing agencies, we work with creators, publishers, and brands to build scalable partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who enjoys building strong partnerships, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize growth. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and growing affiliate partnerships while ensuring our clients achieve outstanding performance.

Your goal is to build long-term relationships with publishers and partners, identify new growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
