You will lead our UX/Design team and serve as the bridge between our core European markets (DE/NL) and cutting‑edge technology.

You will align daily with the B2B Systems & Data team and the App team to ensure a unified ecosystem. • Localized Excellence: You take full ownership of the user experience for our primary markets, Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring the product feels local, trustworthy, and relevant.

What you should bring • Experience: 4+ years in E‑commerce Product Management, with a clear history of leading design‑heavy web products. • Proven AI Experience: You have significant hands‑on experience implementing AI/LLM‑based features in a production environment.

You understand how to leverage AI to enhance the user funnel and aren\'t afraid to experiment. • Language & Market Expertise: You are fluent in German or Dutch (Native or C1 level). You understand the nuances of the DACH or NL markets.
