Responsibilities • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing tempmate offerings in close collaboration with the Product team. • Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, USPs, and buyer personas based on market and competitive insights. • Create high‑impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one‑pagers, objection handling, demo scripts) using AI tools for speed and quality. • Own and continuously optimise the tempmate website end‑to‑end with the external agency (CMS workflows, UX, SEO, and conversion performance). • Build and scale digital content and campaigns across channels (landing pages, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn, email), including an editorial calendar and localisation.

Qualifications • Several years of experience in B2B product/content marketing, ideally in SaaS, IoT, tech hardware or supply chain/cold chain. • Hands‑on, daily mastery of AI tools to produce high‑quality marketing output efficiently (core requirement). • Website ownership experience; able to build, manage and optimise sites with no‑code/low‑code + AI, including WordPress (or similar CMS). • Go‑to‑market experience; proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and support product launches. • Strong communication and autonomous execution; excellent English, strong project management/self‑organisation in a lean, fast‑moving team.
