AI-Powered Product & Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Tempmate GmbH is an entrepreneur-led company with over 40 years of experience in the digitalization of global supply chains.

We develop smart solutions that enable transparency, efficiency, and sustainability throughout the supply chain—from pharma & healthcare to food & beverage and industrial logistics. With us, you\'ll do more than just design processes — you\'ll build trust and transparency across global supply chains. Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, USPs, and buyer personas based on market and competitive insights.

Create high-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, demo scripts) using AI tools for speed and quality. Own and continuously optimize the Tempmate website end-to-end with the external agency (CMS workflows, UX, SEO, and conversion performance).

Build and scale digital content and campaigns across channels (landing pages, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn, email), including an editorial calendar and localization. Skills & Qualifications Several years of experience in B2B product/content, ideally in SaaS/IoT/tech hardware or supply chain/cold chain.

Hands-on, daily mastery of AI tools to produce high-quality marketing output efficiently (core requirement). Website ownership experience: able to build/manage and optimize sites with no-code/low-code + AI, incl. WordPress (or similar CMS). Go-to-market experience: proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and support product launches.
