AI Product Manager (all genders)

Translate negotiator and customer needs into a clear AI product roadmap. Build AI where it has a measurable business case.

Your responsibilities

• Run discovery with negotiators, customers and partners and prioritise by savings impact and time saved
• Own the AI team's roadmap, backlog and releases
• Define metrics for preparation time, savings and cycle time
• Manage customer pilots such as Savings Note and renegotiation
• Connect sales, marketing and management

Your profile

• 3+ years of product management with AI/ML or data products
• Confidence with metrics and business cases
• Ability to connect technical and commercial perspectives
• German C1 and fluent English

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS, procurement, consulting and LLM prototyping.

Responsibility and collaboration

• Senior; functional leadership of the AI team without line-management responsibility; reports to CEO.

Your goals for the first six months

• A prioritised twelve-month roadmap and two AI features rolled out with measurable impact.
