The Associate Brand Manager partners closely with Legal, Regulatory, Operations, and PCM teams to ensure compliance, Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager of Equity, the Associate Brand Manager supports the execution of brand initiatives that drive awareness, equity, and commercial performance across the Core portfolio.
This role is a critical day-to-day partner in bringing brand strategy to life, supporting product renovations, creative development, paid media execution, and performance reporting.
Core Portfolio & Commercial Support – Serve as the marketing lead for all Business Continuity Projects (BCPs) and Price, Pack, Architecture (PPA) projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery across packaging and marketing assets.
The Associate Brand Manager manages workstreams within the commercialization stage-gate process, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals, and overseeing the packaging artwork process inclusive of briefing creative, gathering feedback, and managing revisions.
This role supports the Senior Brand Manager on larger Core packaging renovations, assisting with execution, cross-functional coordination, and artwork development while ensuring alignment to brand standards.
