No matter where you’re from or what you believe in, we build, deliver, and lead. We are Delivery Hero. The role is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid working model (two days a week on campus). The position is full‑time.
Responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end support for developing AI Agent “skills,” including pre‑release QA, conversational quality oversight, and rapid scale‑up. Conduct research and data analysis to identify journey friction, translate findings into actionable user stories, and monitor KPIs.
Design and execute A/B tests on conversational flows to improve automation and user retention. Act as a bridge between global product goals and local brand needs, ensuring AI behavior is culturally relevant and operationally feasible across regions.
Partner with engineering, data science, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define and monitor AI guardrails, ensuring sensitive edge cases are handled with empathy, precision, and safety. Qualifications 2+ years of product management experience, preferably within AI, SaaS or e‑commerce.
Technical familiarity with large language models (LLM) and machine‑learning models; experience with conversational UI/UX is a plus. Analytical fluency: ability to translate SQL queries into actionable product insights and tell a story with numbers to justify roadmap priorities.
Ability to learn fast and thrive in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders. A commitment to continuous improvement, ownership, and a growth‑oriented mindset.
