You manage external agencies and independently drive marketing activities operationally — from briefing through to final execution. You ensure consistent communication across all external and internal channels. You work closely with Distribution and have a good eye for attractive POS designs and activations.
Close collaboration and exchange with Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce.
Requirements Vocational training or degree in Marketing / PR / Communications At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on beauty Initial contacts with distributors or experience in brick-and-mortar retail is an advantage You are creative and curious and enjoy developing and executing ideas You think strategically — always keeping our mission and target group in mind You bring strong creative ideas and approaches to share our products and mission Reliable sense for design, copy and language; fluent in German and English You prefer working independently and in an organized manner and want to take ownership On-site presence in Berlin required (with a flexible home-office arrangement) Hard Skills brand strategy brand positioning communication initiatives marketing activities POS design Ecommerce creative concept development strategic thinking copywriting fluent in German Soft Skills creativity curiosity independence organizational skills ownership collaboration attention to detail trend awareness communication reliability Certifications & Qualifications degree in Marketing degree in PR degree in Communications #J-18808-Ljbffr
