Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Shopify backend for multiple client stores Monitor website performance, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, app conflicts, or broken links Ensure accurate and timely implementation of promotional codes, sales, and seasonal updates across client storefronts Campaign management and promotion set up within Shopify (including discounts, free gifts, pricing, codes, etc.) Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing Shopify stores Strong English communication skills Experience with Shopify-integrated apps (e.g., subscription platforms, review apps, loyalty programs) Ability to work full-time EST
