Associate Brand Manager The Associate Brand Manager supports Brand Managers and Directors in executing Amazon strategy and brand awareness initiatives. What You’ll Do (Associate Brand Manager) Provide direct executional support to Brand Managers/Directors and their brand portfolios.

Prepare for client meetings: data analytics, reporting, attendee lists, goals/outcomes, and high‑quality visuals. Attend all client meetings and proactively communicate action items and statuses. Track and report on overall contracted deliverables to support account health, satisfaction, and retention.

Collaborate with Media and Operations to achieve client goals efficiently. Learn hands‑on e‑commerce skills covering media, SEO, supply chain, content, merchandising, and other facets. Develop and maintain knowledge of Amazon strategy and retail developments.

Understand brand strategy and how to lead accounts toward promotion to higher levels of Brand Management. Brand Manager The Brand Manager owns strategy for clients to capture, grow, and expand Amazon revenue and brand awareness. What You’ll Do (Brand Manager) Own a client or portfolio up to $1M in revenue.

Provide up to 50% of your time to direct executional support to Brand Directors. Develop overall channel strategy plans and drive client playbook processes. Ensure flawless execution of services and unlock business insights. Work cross‑functionally with Media, Content, and Operations. Identify growth opportunities and sell additional services.

Communicate insights and important information proactively. Conduct in‑depth market and brand analysis to support category and brand growth. Track, analyze, and translate brand performance into strategic actions. Create engaging and persuasive presentations at all organizational levels.

Advance your ability to create and drive brand strategy and lead larger accounts. Continue to develop e‑commerce skills and maintain knowledge of Amazon strategy. Track and report on overall contracted deliverables and support account health. Submit internal tickets and track completion timely.

Attend all client meetings and provide proactive communication. Prepare for client meetings with analytics, reporting, attendees, goals/outcomes, and visuals. Who You Are Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Forward‑thinking, proactive, and curious. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High‑level relationship building based on trust and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Strong sense of ownership, drive for results, and thrive in a high‑performance culture. Experience 1–3+ years of professional experience. Previous Amazon or e‑commerce experience.

Proven experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines. Strong understanding of e‑commerce principles: media, SEO, supply chain, content, merchandising. Proven experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables using Excel. Nice to Haves Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business or similar program.

Digital marketing/media experience (internship or full‑time position).
