Part of the global Marketing team and reporting directly to the Brand Director, this role plays a central role in safeguarding, shaping and activating the Explora Journeys brand across all touchpoints, with a particular focus on brand campaigns, the fleet and new brand developments.

Based at our headquarters in Geneva, this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product storytelling, and execution, working closely with Product, Design, Hotel Operations, Commercial, PR, Media, and Digital teams to bring the brand to life with clarity, consistency and emotional depth across markets.

Work closely with Media, Digital, and PR teams to ensure a coherent and premium brand expression across paid, owned, and earned channels. Act as a key brand partner to Product, New Builds and Hotel Operations teams, supporting projects throughout the ship lifecycle; from early concept through delivery, launch and in‑service evolution.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence Act as a trusted brand partner across functions, fostering alignment between brand, product, commercial, and operational teams.

Brand Management & Governance Act as a core guardian of the Explora Journeys brand, supporting the Brand Director in day‑to‑day management, development, and evolution of the brand. Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, and visual language across all touchpoints, channels, and guest journeys.

Lead the development, evolution and maintenance of brand guidelines, frameworks, and master toolkits, ensuring relevance, clarity, and scalability globally. Monitor brand execution across markets and partners, proactively identifying inconsistencies and working collaboratively with stakeholders to safeguard luxury and hospitality standards.

Contribute to brand strategy initiatives, brand evolution projects, and internal brand education, strengthening brand understanding and alignment across the organisation. Campaigns, Content & Brand Activation Lead the development and delivery of master brand and product campaigns, in line with brand strategy and commercial priorities.

Oversee the creation of hero brand and product assets, including key visuals, copy frameworks, brochures, photography, and videography. Manage and curate brand, product and fleet content within DAM and PIM systems, ensuring accuracy, ease of use and global market adoption.

Product Marketing – Fleet & Onboard Experience Own and articulate the brand and product narrative for the Explora Journeys fleet, translating ship design, onboard experiences and service philosophy into compelling, clear, and guest‑centric storytelling.

Define and activate ship‑level propositions and concepts, onboard experiences, suite concepts, culinary, wellness and retail pillars, and service rituals. Launch & Go to Market Coordination Support brand and product readiness for new brand initiatives, campaigns, ship launches, major milestones, and onboard innovations.

Develop master launch toolkits to equip channels, markets, Sales, and PR with clear narratives, positioning and assets. Ensure consistency, clarity and brand alignment across all internal and external communications related to brand, fleet and product evolution.

Coordinate budgets, suppliers, forecasting, purchase orders, and invoicing related to brand initiatives. Balance strategic brand thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Your Journey so far Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years’ experience in brand management and campaign building. Prior experience within luxury, premium or high‑end travel, hospitality or consumer brands strongly preferred.

Proven experience operating in a global headquarters environment, managing brand frameworks and master assets across markets. Experience managing agencies and external creative partners. Your Essentials Exposure to product marketing and physical experience‑based products (ships, hotels, resorts, or complex premium environments highly desirable).

Strong creative sensibility combined with operational rigour, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable moving between strategic brand thinking and detailed execution. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
