Your mission: to maximize EK’s performance in European markets by deploying effective go-to-market strategies aligned with the brand’s global vision, while supporting local teams in commercial execution.
Key responsibilities Brand strategy & development Act as the main point of contact between EK, the Bihr Transmission Product Manager, and internal teams. Commercial & marketing execution Support local sales teams to strengthen EK’s presence in the field (dealers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce, etc.).

As Brand Manager EK, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of the brand within the Bihr/Powersports distribution network across France and Europe.
Develop and implement the brand strategy across European markets. Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all sales channels. Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in each market. Develop and roll out marketing and commercial plans tailored to each country.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and European campaigns.
