Become part of Danone and our team with the successful brands Volvic, Activia, Actimel, Alpro and more. • Responsibility for driving understandingon theSales performance, understandP&L dynamicsand manage A&P budget • Analyse category, consumers, competition, trends and bring actionable insights • Support in short- and medium-term brand strategies withoutside-in passion • Strong drive & contribution to execute the growth plans with excellence • Develop and support mid-sized brand activations and promotional campaigns from ideation to execution • Identify consumer needs & market opportunities needs and drive portfolio initiatives (inno/reno/ animation) from creation to launch • Engage & contribute in cross-functional project teams Deine Kompetenzen • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable • At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management of consumer goods, ideally within the food & beverage category • Very good project management skills and initial experience in the implementation of media campaigns and product innovations • Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation • Entrepreneurial curious thinking, enjoy making decisions and finding innovative and creative solutions • Convincing and inspiring personality with confidence in presentation and pitching ideas • Enjoy working in a team, with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Fluent in German and English Start date is immediatelyin Frankfurt am Main, Munich, or Nuremberg – with the option to work flexibly from home.
