Our industry‑leading platform supports enterprises in designing, procuring, and managing Climate Performance Asset portfolios tailored to their sustainability goals, enabling real‑time monitoring, framework‑compliant reporting, and multi‑stakeholder engagement.
We are looking for a Builder Product Manager (f/d/m) who wants real responsibility: shaping product direction, making decisions with imperfect information, and working hands‑on with engineering, design, and the business to ship fast and learn faster. This is a builder role within a complex, stakeholder‑heavy business.
At CEEZER, a Product Manager and an engineer don’t decide what to build in isolation: climate, finance, legal, and enterprise customers all have a seat at the table. We don’t solve that with heavy processes; we solve it with lean processes, high agency, and sharp judgment.
YOUR MISSION Own product direction in your area, end‑to‑end, from understanding user and stakeholder problems to shaping solutions and shipping them. Work very closely with engineering, design, commercial, and climate experts to scope, design, and ship, then iterate quickly.
Make product decisions with incomplete data, communicate them crisply, and course correct when reality pushes back. Develop a deep understanding of enterprise users, climate workflows, and real‑world constraints (regulatory, financial, operational).
Help shape how product work happens at CEEZER as we scale, keeping the bar high and the process light. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED This role is about how you work , not just where you worked. You should strongly identify with most of the following: High agency. You take ownership, push things forward, and do not wait for permission. AI‑native mindset.
You actively use AI tools in your daily work and think in AI‑first product patterns. This is a requirement, not a nice‑to‑have. Good product taste and a clear opinion on what makes a product great. Care for UX and detail , even if you are not a trained designer. Comfort with ambiguity.
You make decisions with imperfect information, and you are comfortable being wrong and correcting fast. Stakeholder fluency. You can hold the line on focus while navigating commercial, climate, and enterprise‑customer realities.
Around 3 to 5 years of hands‑on product experience is a useful reference for the seniority level, but we care more about evidence of how you think and ship than about years on a CV. Side projects, prototypes, or things you have built on your own are a strong plus. Fluency in English for all internal communication. A valid working permit in Germany.
