As the development of our private label requires close collaboration across teams, the role is intentionally based primarily on-site.
Your key responsibilities Analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to optimize product assortments Structure and further develop product categories with a clear focus on performance and relevance Drive the expansion of our private label by identifying high-potential products Manage new product development from initial idea to successful market placement Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Sales and Supply Chain Support demand planning and contribute to optimizing stock levels and availability Contribute to supplier selection, sourcing and the continuous development of our product portfolio Your profile Relevant experience in purchasing, category management or comparable analytical roles, ideally within FMCG Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured way of working Interest in food, international products and current market trends Understanding of commercial drivers such as margin, cost and demand Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work independently Strong Excel skills and/or solid data analysis capabilities Fluent in German and English; Turkish is a plus What we offer A key role with direct impact on growth and profitability High level of ownership in shaping category management and private label development A dynamic environment with short decision‑making processes Attractive compensation including pension scheme Holiday and Christmas bonuses Team events, employee discounts and additional benefits Interested?
