Your Responsibilities This role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth across new and existing business through events, digital campaigns, and close collaboration with our EMEA sales team and channel partners.

You’ll be the go-to person for sales reps and members of the marketing team and responsible for bringing our global GTM strategy to life in the MEA & Southern market.

Our Requirements 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech Proven experience executing events or field marketing programs and channel development Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously Experience working with or supporting sales teams Knowledge of Account Based Marketing & Account penetration (up-sell & cross sell) Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot is a MUST; HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on performance & cost (ROI) Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings Fluent in French, Arabic and English Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region and internationally.

The role is reporting into the Vice President Marketing. Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities across MEA & Southern Europe.

Partner closely with the Sales organization to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including digital programs, webinars, customer events, executive roundtables, and trade shows.

Support the development of the company’s channel marketing approach by creating scalable marketing programs and assets for partners.

Identify opportunities to increase market awareness and generate demand in key MEA & Southern markets and localize global marketing initiatives for regional markets, with a particular focus on French-speaking countries. Manage campaign execution from planning through reporting and optimization.

Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations. Manage campaign budgets and external agencies where required. Ensure effective lead management and campaign execution using Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
