This role will be responsible for Marketing in Edwards Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies Business Unit for Germany. In this role you will act as the primary architect of the national marketing strategy, driving market development, competitive differentiation, and long-term growth for one of Edwards' most dynamic and rapidly evolving therapeutic areas.
You will identify strategic opportunities and drive the execution and impact measurement of the regional marketing plan, aligned with the EU strategy to achieve the local business goals.
This senior role requires deep understanding of the German cardiology landscape, strong strategic acumen, and proven leadership in influencing across complex, matrixed environments
This role will be field based in the Germany with national travel, as well as some occasional travel in Europe (up to 40% travel anticipated).
