Требования:
• 5+ Years of CRM experience in communication strategy development and hands-on execution
• Strong monetization mindset and ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential
• Proven experience in customer lifecycle management and implementing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
• Technical expertise in CRM systems, including Braze
• Proficiency in analytical tools and experiment tracking
• Experience working cross-functionally with Growth teams and developers
• Hands-on expertise in managing high-volume communications and setting up CRM workflows
• Proactive problem-solving and self-starter attitude
• Nice to have: Customer.io experience, experience improving email deliverability
