Job Title: Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, Central and Eastern Europe (M/F) Location: Frankfurt, Germany - Hybrid (3 days at the office) Employment Type: Full-time, permanent The Job You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through the implementation of integrated online and offline programs.

Your role focuses on driving cross‑sell opportunities, increasing customer retention and strengthening our strategic relationships with customers by building C‑level executive engagements and supporting your local area with digital campaigns and events.

You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage customer communications, and foster a customer user community to facilitate knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities Develop the customer engagement strategy for the local market and build close relationships with our customers.

Establish and nurture a customer user community for knowledge‑sharing and collaboration, using both online and offline channels and monitoring community engagement. Collaborate with market‑level peers to raise awareness, demand new business and engage for strategy and seamless execution.

Essential Requirements Fluency in German and English (C1/C2) 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer engagement. Strong project management and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and C‑level influencing skills. Marketing campaign management experience.

Proven record of prioritising customer experience in campaign and program planning. Successful record of partnering with sales to achieve revenue goals. Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives. Understanding of the impact of decisions on other areas of the business. Ability to gain acceptance from management for plans and budgets.

Excellent communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data clearly. Committed to staying current and experimenting with marketing and marketing technology. Readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.

Strong listening, information‑gathering, cultural awareness, and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs, and outcomes. Deep understanding of signals important to customer experience and buying process. Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to identify opportunities to maximise revenue growth.

ITSMA certified / ABM practitioner experience is a plus. AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before starting employment.
