Job Purpose To provide efficient and effective inside sales support to the DACH sales team. Job Context Reporting to Country Manager, DACH Direct Reports None Key Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners. Generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following: To source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails To understand customer needs and requirements To route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM’s for further development and closure To close sales and achieve quarterly quotas To research accounts, identify key players and generate interest To maintain and expand our database of prospects within the DACH region To work closely with channel partners to build pipeline ad close deals To perform effective, presentations & online demonstrations to prospects To provide general ad-hoc support to BDM’s Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed necessary by the Country Manager You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
