Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Berlin, Germany Sector: Pharmaceuticals / Biotech / Healthcare Contract: 18-Month Fixed Term Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate) We are partnering with an established and fast-growing pharmaceutical organization to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager for their German team.

Working closely with Brand Management, Customer Excellence, Sales, Medical, and European Marketing teams, you will strengthen the organization’s digital capabilities, ensure alignment with EU strategy and introduce new solutions that help unlock further growth.

Key Responsibilities Execute a range of local digital and commercial marketing activities in line with European strategy Develop and adapt digital content (web, email, paid media, social) in compliance with regulatory requirements Evaluate and implement new digital channels and solutions that improve customer engagement Analyse KPIs, monitor performance and adjust activities to market developments Maintain and optimise existing digital assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance Contribute to omnichannel planning and customer experience improvements Support internal and external communication and training materials Collaborate effectively across functions and regions to drive impact Manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently What We’re Looking For Initial experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical technology marketing Strong background in digital marketing or omnichannel engagement Excellent communication skills in German and English Confident working within a matrix structure and cross-functional teams Proactive, hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach Strong understanding of digital channels, CRM systems and analytics Understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics Interest in improving patient outcomes through more effective digital engagement The Team Player We Want Someone who is self‑less and prepared to help others without expecting anything in return Someone who is goal‑driven and motivated by achieving collective success Someone who enjoys working in a fast‑growth environment where adaptability and collaboration matter Someone who takes ownership, embraces learning and helps raise the standard around them This mindset is as important to us as technical capability.
