Leads and manages marketing campaigns, including product, brand, and social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn and other digital channels). Plans, executes, and further develops marketing initiatives across all channels (online and offline).
Supports executive management in communication with media and agencies and ensures a clear and professional flow of information to customers, service providers, and suppliers. Plans and executes trade fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives and leads negotiations with external service providers.
Is responsible for coordinating the newsletter and managing and maintaining contact databases. What we are looking for Completed commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) or an equivalent qualification. 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Further education in marketing (e.g., Marketing Specialist, Marketing Planner, Marketing Manager, or equivalent qualification). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools; experience with marketing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage. Your personality Self-driven, creative, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
