Digital Product Manager (gn) AI Focus

For our Munich location (hybrid), we are looking for a Digital Product Manager (gn) who owns digital products for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria. You will help shape how we develop products with AI support. Your mission

• Owndigitalproducts(e.g.customportals,websites)endtoend,fromdiscoveryandbusinesscasecalculationthroughtechnicalconcept,go-liveandbeyond
• AnalyzetheneedsandchallengesofourB2BandB2Ccustomersandderivetargetedmeasurestoimprovetheuserexperience
• Examinecustomerbehavioralongthecustomerjourney,conductcompetitorandmarketanalyses,andidentifytechnologybestpracticestoadvanceourinsuranceandserviceproducts
• Translatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalconcepts,developnewproductfeatures,optimizeexistingprocessesandensureanefficient,easy-to-useproductlandscape
• Takeanactiveroleinstakeholdermanagementandbringtogethertheinterestsofsales,product,IT,operationsandmanagementinatargetedway
• Define relevant KPIs, measure the success of initiatives and derive data-driven optimizations that create continuous value for our customers

Your profile

• Acompleteddegreewithatechnicalorbusinessfocus(e.g.businessadministration,businessinformatics,industrialengineeringoracomparableprogram). Amaster'sdegreeorequivalentfurtherqualificationisanadvantage
• Understandingofdigitalarchitectures,APIsandwebtechnologieshelpsyouassessfeasibility
• Youdon'twaitforinstructions. Youtakeinitiative,lookforsolutions,thinklikeanentrepreneurandhaveastrongbiasforaction. Yougetuptospeedquicklyondigitalproductsandprocessesandquestionthemcritically
• Stronganalyticalandstrategicthinking:youquicklygraspcomplexcontextsandexplainthemclearlytodifferentaudiences
• Aprecisewayofworkingwithastrongfocusonquality,detailanddeadlines
• Hands-onexperiencewithAItoolsacrosstheproductlifecycle,e.g.usinggenerativeAItocreateuserstories,acceptancecriteriaorreleasenotes,oranalyzinguserfeedbackwithAI. ExperiencewithpromptengineeringorevaluatingAIoutputsisarealbonus
