To strengthen its Commercial and Development department, Energy Services is looking for a:Product Manager Electrical Efficiency Solutions at 80% (fixed-term contract, renewable annually)Your main responsibilities:- Design and plan the launch of new electrical efficiency programs with the requirements of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE), so as to guarantee the annual electrical energy savings target.- Plan and implement promotion and consulting activities related to electrical efficiency programs.- Prepare and monitor external contracts related to efficiency measures.- Ensure controlling via regular reporting of electricity savings related to efficiency measures and their costs.- Prepare the elements necessary for the reporting of measures to the SFOE and the monitoring of measures against annual objectives according to established protocols and processes.- Manage the continuous improvement process of developed programs in order to improve their performance.- Participate in the efficiency and development of the department's activities.What we expect from you:- Higher education degree in management science (HEC type) with commercial and marketing specialization or equivalent.- Successful experience of at least 5 years in the development and management of programs related to energy efficiency and/or related fields, involving private and public actors such as owners, property management companies, SMEs, heating engineers, or electricians.- Strong interest in the energy transition in general, renewable energies, and energy efficiency.- Complementary training in energy management or equivalent would be a real asset.- Mastery of office software (expert level for PowerPoint and Excel) and database management.- Rigor, interpersonal skills, and ability to negotiate.What we offer you:- Numerous challenges related to a city committed to the energy transition.- An activity at the heart of the energy transition.If interested, we invite you to send us your complete application via the online portal.Application deadline: August 2Start date: from September 1 or by arrangement.The City of Yverdon-les-Bains, concerned with promoting diversity within its administration, attaches great importance to different life paths and makes every effort to guarantee equal treatment in the context of its recruitment processes.
