Responsibilities Responsibility for all email marketing activities across our summits Build, optimize and scale CRM and email workflows Develop high‑performing campaigns across the entire customer journey (Lead → Conversion → Retention) Operational execution of campaigns (segmentation, delivery, testing, reporting) Further development of our automations (lifecycle, nurturing, re‑engagement, upsell) Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations Ownership of data quality, segmentation and CRM structure Analyze and continuously optimize key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue contribution) Develop new ideas, formats and growth approaches in email & CRM marketing One focus project: HubSpot integration Requirements At least one year of experience in email marketing / CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B environment (B2B experience is not a must‑have) Strong hands‑on mentality: you implement things yourself and don’t only work conceptually Experience with marketing automation tools (ideally HubSpot) Understanding of customer journeys, funnel logic and conversion optimization Excellent sense for audience communication and copy Technical understanding (data, APIs, tracking, integrations) Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven optimization Structured, self‑directed way of working Willingness to question the status quo and improve processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
