We’re looking for a HubSpot-expert Email Marketing Manager to lead our communication strategy for a database of over 500,000 contacts. This isn’t just about newsletters; it’s about managing high‑volume, highly segmented journeys for a diverse range of SMB industries.
In this role, you’ll act as the architect of our customer lifecycle, balancing complex HubSpot/Salesforce automation with high‑converting creative. Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage end‑to‑end email initiatives, including newsletters, promotions, and onboarding sequences. Audience Segmentation: Ensure precise targeting by managing schedules, automation, and effective audience segmentation.
Platform Mastery: Use HubSpot for campaign setup and workflow execution, while leveraging Salesforce CRM for data‑driven targeting. Content & Design: Write high‑converting copy and collaborate on visually effective email templates and layouts.
Automation & Journeys: Develop and maintain sophisticated automated journeys for lead nurturing and long‑term engagement. Optimization & Testing: Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to continuously improve engagement metr
