Collaborate closely with EMEA and local Product Management, Project Management, R&D, and commercial teams to drive system development initiatives and ensure alignment across functions and markets.

Proven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe, ensuring close alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D, and other business functions. A proactive attitude, a high level of independence, and willingness to travel internationally.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans, launch new systems in line with market needs, and manage the full process from ideation to go‑to‑market. Monitor global construction trends, identify customer and market needs, and turn insights into innovative system solutions across sectors and application areas.

Support market positioning and launch strategies through competitor analysis, legal and intellectual property considerations, and Center of Excellence topics in drywall exterior systems. Who you are More than 10 years of business experience in commercial roles, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management.

A customer‑centric and innovation‑driven mindset, combined with strong analytical skills. Facade experience considered an advantage; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus.
