Drive the EMEA product strategy for exterior plasters by identifying customer needs in local markets and consolidating them into a regional product roadmap. Summarize identified product requirements in EMEA projects and transfer them to the global and regional R&D innovation pipeline.
Track EMEA business performance, ensure continuous market and competitor monitoring by country, and manage the full process from ideation to go‑to‑market. Who you are Have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing; a degree in Civil or Building Engineering is an advantage.
Have proven extensive experience in product management (preferably in regional or global roles) and deep technical expertise in exterior plasters, rendering and ETICS.
