We are currently seeking a Rack Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy! You will define the roadmap for several product families, ensuring that the structural, cooling, and power distribution requirements of modern high-density computing (such as AI and GPU clusters) are met.
From a simple swipe to life-changing medicines, from push notifications to generative AI. We design, manufacture, and service the products and solutions that keep the world connected.

The Rack Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of server rack solutions, enclosures, and physical infrastructure.
This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, supply chain, and data center operations. What kind of work will you be doing? Product Family Qualification and Road Mapping:
Define and maintain an accurate roadmap of all the rack product families of your competence.
Analyze specific regional demand in EMEA and benchmark it with current rack offering. Develop proposals for rack optimizations or new developments
