Responsibilities Independently plan and execute all external events (e.g., trade shows, regional after-work events) Lead the planning and execution of Nelly’s presence at IDS 2027, the largest dental trade fair in the world, as a central flagship event Build and manage a webinar program with 2–4 formats per month — partner webinars, AI-focused webinars, and Nelly Academy continuing‑education webinars Seamlessly integrate event leads into HubSpot: clean tier mapping, MQL handoff to Sales, and attribution in the Revenue Dashboard Continuously develop the after‑work format (speaker sessions, partner/customer sessions, networking) and build a reliable speaker pipeline Requirements 2–4 years in a comparable event/marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare Experience independently planning and running B2B events (trade shows, conferences, side events) and experience with digital event formats (webinar production, moderation skills) You understand that events are not just logistics: you think in lead quality, funnel stages, and attribution — HubSpot or a comparable CRM is part of your basic toolkit Startup or scale‑up experience: pace, ownership, and pragmatic working are second nature to you Fluent German (C2) — required, as our target audience is German‑speaking; good English for internal communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
