You will be pulled into planning and strategic sessions, not just execution.
Darum lohnt es sich
Field Marketing Manager Division: Consumer (TrendLife™) Location: Global (UK-based) Level: Mid-Senior Reports to: Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships – TrendLife™ The Role This is a hands‑on, high‑impact marketing role designed to power TrendLife™’s globally distributed B2B2C partnerships team.
This is a newly created position and a genuine opportunity to shape how field marketing works within this team for TrendLife™ across all regions.
You will bring structure where it is needed, develop content that can carry a boardroom conversation, and find smarter ways for the team to work, including through AI - in a role where initiative and commercial awareness are as important as marketing craft.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Process Development Design, implement, and maintain scalable marketing processes for the global B2B2C team, including workflows for partner onboarding support, asset requests, launch coordination, and content updates.
Own and manage the team’s information repositories; ensuring documentation, playbooks, battle cards, and partner materials are current, organized, and accessible. Build and maintain shared systems that reduce friction for a distributed team operating across multiple time zones and partner verticals.
Develop launch toolkits for partner‑facing teams: messaging guides, FAQs, launch timelines, and supporting assets that can be localised or adapted by region.
Strategic & Planning Support Contribute to team planning sessions and strategic discussions, bringing a marketing lens to partner positioning, competitive differentiation, and campaign thinking.
Collaborate with global product marketing, brand, creative, and regional consumer teams to localise messaging, share best practice, and ensure regional relevance. Explore and implement AI‑assisted workflows that improve team efficiency: drafting, summarisation, translation, asset iteration, and information retrieval.
Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to marketing operations and bring recommendations to the team. Willingness to travel internationally as required. We are a team that values initiative, rewards ownership, and is genuinely committed to the people we protect.
You will be the operational and creative engine behind how TrendLife™ shows up in the market - building the assets, processes, repositories, and materials that enable our partner development managers to move fast and win.
You will lead events end‑to‑end, run omni‑channel campaigns, own the partner asset library, and coordinate product launches across multiple geographies.
Events & Industry Presence Assist with TrendLife™’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and hosted roundtables — end to end, from strategy and logistics through to on‑the‑day delivery.
Identify emerging forums and industry events where TrendLife™’s presence can generate pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, or influence relevant policy conversations.
Sales Enablement & Partner Marketing Create and maintain a library of high‑quality sales and partner assets: pitch decks, one‑pagers, capability overviews, objection‑handling guides, ROI frameworks, and partner‑facing collateral.
Tailor marketing materials for specific partner verticals: telco, banking, government, and consumer advocacy - ensuring tone, positioning, and content are fit for purpose. Support partner development managers with bespoke materials for priority deals, including customised proposals and co‑branded content where required.
Support partners in‑life with ongoing co‑branded materials and campaign toolkits that drive activation, engagement, and retention within their customer bases.
Product Launch Coordination Coordinate go‑to‑market activities for new product and feature launches within TrendLife™, working cross‑functionally with product, legal, and regional Sales leads. Track and manage launch milestones, flagging risks and ensuring materials are ready ahead of activation deadlines.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform partner messaging, product positioning, and go‑to‑market decisions. Proactively identify gaps in current tools, processes, or content and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
AI-Augmented Execution Use AI tools fluently and creatively to accelerate content production, research, and process automation - this is a genuine expectation of the role, not a nice‑to‑have. Articulate the value of AI‑powered solutions with confidence and credibility when developing partner‑facing materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, B2B or B2B2C marketing role, with direct experience in sales enablement, content marketing, or partner/channel marketing, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, fintech, telecoms, or digital services.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing processes and content systems in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Genuinely AI‑native: you already use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar as a regular part of your workflow, not as a novelty.
Strong writing and design sensibility: you can produce polished, professional assets independently and understand the difference between copy that informs and copy that converts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and AI‑driven product propositions into clear, compelling messaging for partner and enterprise audiences. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working with or influencing governmental, regulatory, or industry bodies is a strong advantage. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed – someone who spots what’s missing and fixes it without being asked. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Why Trend Micro?
At Trend Micro, you won’t just be executing marketing tasks - you’ll be building the field marketing function for a division working at the front line of one of the most urgent consumer challenges of our time. Digital scams and online fraud are affecting millions of people every year, and TrendLife™ exists to do something meaningful about it.
This is a first‑of‑kind role with genuine ownership and autonomy: you will be close to strategy, not just execution; close to partnerships, not just campaigns; and close to leadership, not buried in a large marketing function. We are a progressive employer with a culture built on collaboration, trust, and impact.
You will have direct access to senior leadership, high‑profile partner relationships spanning major enterprises and government bodies, and the space to shape your own contribution and space to grow.
