As demand accelerates across commercial aerospace & defense, we are expanding our marketing organization to strengthen field engagement with primes, tier suppliers, and emerging defense innovators.
The Field Marketing Manager leads field marketing execution, working closely with the Marketing Lead and sales to turn strategy into on-the-ground engagement.
This role owns Istari Digital’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and regional events, including the booth conversations, executive touches, and follow-up that turn engagement into pipeline.
You will execute the field marketing calendar, from trade shows and conferences to localized activations and account-based outreach, while contributing meaningful input on where investment should be prioritized.
While the Marketing Lead sets overall budget and strategy, your read on the field (which events matter, which accounts are engaged, what's resonating) directly shapes the all-up marketing plan. The Marketing Lead owns marketing strategy, budget, and messaging across the business.
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist owns content and digital campaign execution. The Field Marketing Manager owns field and in-person execution, ensuring Istari Digital shows up prepared, well-positioned, and ready to convert engagement into pipeline.
Together, these roles translate company strategy into consistent, coordinated go-to-market execution across every channel prospects encounter.
