We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. THE TEAM AND ROLE As Field Marketing Manager (all genders) , you will shape and scale Avelios’ field marketing engine and play a key role in strengthening our market presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and prioritize high-impact field marketing initiatives aligned with marketing and sales goals to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen market positioning Design impactful event experiences across online and offline formats that translate Avelios’ positioning into compelling interactions for healthcare decision-makers to clearly communicate our value Work with commercial and services partners to co-create and execute field marketing initiatives (e.g., joint events, co-branded campaigns, industry associations) Ensure structured follow-up and ROI tracking by coordinating post-event actions with Sales and continuously optimizing based on performance insights YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related field (strong academic performance), or vocational training in a high-performance B2B marketing/event agency Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up or SaaS environment Highly structured, hands-on, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a clear bias toward execution and delivery Experience with virtual event tools/video conferencing, interest in design tools and ability to create visually compelling materials Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken YOUR BENEFITS A promising opportunity to drive high-impact field marketing initiatives in a scale-up backed by leading international VCs and SAP An international, informal team structure in a motivating scale-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our growth story and the overall success of Avelios A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you benefit from Avelios’ long-term value creation A monthly meal allowance of up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas #J-18808-Ljbffr ABOUT US Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care.
