You'll own marketing end-to-end—from driving awareness to generating qualified pipeline. What You'll Do Scale SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility. Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta . Run growth experiments and optimize campaigns. A/B test landing pages and messaging to improve conversions.
Manage marketing analytics, attribution, CAC, and pipeline reporting. Collaborate closely with the founders to shape our GTM strategy. What We're Looking For Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Deep understanding of SEO, GEO, analytics, and growth experimentation. Hands‑on, data‑driven, and comfortable building from scratch.
Fluent in German with strong English communication skills. Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, n8n, or similar is a plus. Why Join? Founding marketing role with real ownership.
