Founding Product Manager

A YC-backed, early-stage startup is building the operating system for subcontractor management in construction.

The company already has 100+ customers and is now looking for its first Product Manager.

The role

You'll work directly with the Co-Founders, owning product from customer problem → idea → design → build → launch.

• Own product areas end-to-end
• Speak directly with customers and users
• Turn real problems into simple, usable products
• Work closely with engineering
• Help shape how Product is built from the ground up

This is a hands-on PM #1 role - not a process-heavy corporate PM job.

You

• Hungry, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Strong product and UI/UX instincts
• Comfortable speaking with customers and decision-makers
• Good technical understanding
• Fluent German (C1+)
• Based in / willing to work primarily from Munich

Construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
