We are looking for a product manager who wants to focus on what truly matters: solving customer problems. Role overview This role is a great opportunity for personal growth and product development. Together you will co‑create the product vision.

We work primarily with other cutting‑edge startups (Parloa, Orbem, Forto, Vimcar…) and help them get even further ahead, giving you exposure to amazing customers and their tech leadership. We have built an initial software product and use it to run real customer engagements, learning fast and iterating quickly to build something people want.

We need your help to accelerate that pace. Responsibilities Deep discovery over delivery: Lead customer engagement, listen deeply to user pains, and extract insights that define value.

Strategic counterpart: Work side‑by‑side with Philipp to shape company strategy; challenge assumptions constructively and bring fresh perspectives. "AI‑First" multiplier: Leverage AI as a core part of your workflow—prototype concepts, analyze feedback, and generate specifications instantly. 0‑to‑1 execution: Take vague concepts, validate them with real users, and collaborate with engineering to ship solutions immediately.

Requirements 5+ Years in Product Management – solid foundation in product principles. 0‑to‑1 or high‑growth environments – launched a product from scratch or navigated rapid evolution of a Series A‑C startup. Communication – full professional proficiency in English. Location – Berlin‑based or ready to relocate to Berlin.

Ownership – step in to fill gaps and make decisions even with ambiguity. AI‑curiosity – eager to explore how AI can automate mundane PM work. Resilience & learning – use feedback as a tool for growth and put incomplete ideas in front of customers. Ambition – want to work alongside ex‑VP level leaders to accelerate your career.
