Darum lohnt es sich
handly is hiring a Founding Product Manager to join a tight, ambitious early‑stage team and lead product direction end‑to‑end. Bring clarity to the team on what we are building, why, and what done means. Be present in‑office daily in Berlin‑Mitte in a modern, light‑filled workspace.
This is a hands‑on builder role where you'll ship features with engineering, learn fast from users, and shape how product work scales at a company backed by 20VC. What you'll do Own product direction from understanding user problems to shaping solutions and shipping them. Translate company goals into clear product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs.
Work closely with engineering to scope, design, and ship features quickly. Make product decisions with incomplete data and course correct as needed. Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, and real‑world constraints. Help shape how product work happens at handly as the company scales.
Operate in a fast, low‑ceremony environment with direct feedback and no management layers. Embrace high velocity: fast loops, few meetings, and hands‑on shipping. What handly is looking for High agency: you take ownership, push things forward, and do not wait for permission.
AI‑native mindset and familiarity using AI tools and AI‑first product patterns. Strong technical understanding and the ability to reason about systems and constraints. Good product taste and a clear opinion on what makes a product great. Attention to UX and details, even if you are not a trained designer.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect or incomplete information. Comfortable being wrong and correcting course quickly. Experience in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments. Side projects or things you have built on your own are a strong plus. Fluent German (spoken and written) because the product interface and many partners use German.
Fluent English for internal communication. A mindset‑focused hire: handly cares more about how you think and act than years of PM experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
