• Further develop and implement BERNER's international brand strategy in close collaboration with country organizations and central functions. • Manage brand implementation across all touchpoints and ensure a consistent brand presence across countries and business units. • Further develop and enforce brand governance, including defining brand guidelines, processes, and standards. • Oversee brand-related projects, such as international brand campaigns and selected marketing and sales initiatives. • Lead international brand tracking and derive actionable recommendations. • Operationalize and adapt the international merchandise strategy, including assortment selection. • Prepare executive presentations, decision documents, and management reports.

Requirements • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in international brand and project management, ideally in a B2B environment. • Strong project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional projects. • Experience managing international marketing and communications campaigns and developing and implementing brand strategies. • Experience working within an international matrix organization and managing stakeholders at various hierarchy levels up to senior management. • Analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style combined with strong execution skills. • High initiative, intercultural competence, and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
