Your tasks Define and enhance the global sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategy, with emphasis on proactive talent identification, pipeline building, and alignment with business needs. Establish global sourcing priorities, focus segments (e.g., critical roles, skill pools), and a capability roadmap based on strategic workforce planning.

Develop and maintain global standards, policies, and governance frameworks for sourcing, talent segmentation, pipeline, and skills‑based hiring. Drive the integration of sourcing and talent acquisition capabilities into Voith's global skills, workforce planning, and talent management ecosystem.

Identify market trends and translate them into innovative, technology‑enabled sourcing approaches, including AI‑supported and automated solutions. Pilot, drive adoption of, and scale digital platforms and sourcing solutions for proactive talent engagement worldwide.

Build and implement Talent Intelligence capabilities, including labor market insights, sourcing effectiveness metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. Manage and align key stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring strategic consistency across People & Culture and business functions.

Your profile University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Several years of experience in a comparable position within Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR strategy. Strong experience with HR IT tools (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Expertise in aptitude diagnostics and employer branding campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management and vendor governance skills. Proven track record in designing and implementing global strategies and frameworks. Strong analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
