Drive the introduction of new raw material sources at the sites and act as the primary contact for Procurement regarding all site‑relevant raw materials.
Monitor and manage site‑related fixed costs, initiate internal and external benchmarks to assess the competitiveness of production assets, and evaluate CAPEX and OPEX projects as the business focal point. Manage available capacities, plan them long‑term, ensure optimal utilization, and actively participate in operational site and planning meetings.
Ensure product quality and supply reliability, coordinate safety stock decisions with the supply chain, and be responsible for asset‑related MOC processes, specifications, and quality topics. Requirements Completed master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a comparable business‑related field.
At least five years of professional experience in marketing, product management, supply chain, sales, R&D, or production‑related environments. Strong analytical, project management, technical, and commercial skills, as well as proven leadership competencies without direct disciplinary responsibility.
