Founded in 2020, we are building the next generation of Requirements Intelligence—combining proprietary AI, domain expertise, and secure knowledge orchestration to help global manufacturers work faster, reduce risk, and make better decisions.

Our technology is trusted by leading industrial organizations across automotive, energy, machinery, and engineering sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment, loves talking to customers, and can turn complex problems into simple, impactful product experiences.

What You’ll Do Own and drive the product roadmap from idea to launch. Work directly with customers to understand needs and uncover opportunities. Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics. Launch new products and capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth.

Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product. Collaborate with sales and marketing to support go‑to‑market execution. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Product Management experience, including AI product. Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

Customer discovery, user research, and requirements gathering. Product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization. Strong understanding of product‑market fit, customer journeys, and growth metrics. Strong customer empathy and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership. Bonus Points Experience with AI, enterprise software, or industrial/manufacturing technology. Startup or high‑growth company experience.
