Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership Define and continuously evolve the global HIU product vision and roadmap Build a coherent, modular, and scalable portfolio across regions Drive portfolio simplification, standardization, and segmentation Anticipate and integrate key trends (district heating, decarbonization, regulation) Lifecycle & Investment Recommendations Prepare and recommend lifecycle proposals (new developments, upgrades, phase‑outs) Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact Develop and validate business cases and success criteria Provide market‑driven input to R&D prioritization, ensuring focus on high‑impact opportunities Customer & Market Insight Build a strong understanding of customer needs via regional inputs and direct engagement Engage selectively with key customers, partners, and strategic projects Validate product‑market fit before global scaling Maintain clear competitive positioning and differentiation logic Product Definition & Development Leadership Translate market needs into clear, differentiated product requirements Collaborate with R&D on priorities, trade‑offs, and product definition Challenge complexity and drive standardization Ensure compliance and anticipate regulatory changes Business & Portfolio Contribution Contribute to portfolio performance (revenue, margin, mix) through product strategy and recommendations Provide input to pricing and value logic in collaboration with Product Marketing and regional teams Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions where products underperform Cross‑functional Leadership & Alignment Act as key link between R&D, Product Marketing, and Regional Product Managers Provide clear product frameworks to support go‑to‑market execution Align stakeholders in a matrix organization without direct authority Support critical topics and strategic gaps when required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Experience Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing complex product categories, strategic growth projects, or technical business initiatives within international, multi‑site environments.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that delivered measurable commercial results such as revenue growth, margin improvement, market share gain, or cost reduction. Extensive experience in a technical field, product segment, product family, system solution, or project‑related business.
Demonstrated experience in business case development, financial modeling, and managing significant project or development budgets. Experience in the Heating & Cooling, HIU/apartment station, prefabrication, or installation systems industry is a significant advantage.
