This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, application-focused and commercially driven product manager who enjoys taking ownership, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering impact on a global scale. /ph3Global Product Manager - Installation Tools Applications (m/f/d) /h3h3Your tasks: /h3ulliDefine and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for the installation tooling portfolio, aligned with business objectives and growth targets /liliOperate as the business owner of the global tooling portfolio, independently identifying opportunities, challenging existing assumptions and driving strategic initiatives that support profitable growth /liliIdentify growth opportunities through customer, market, competitor, and application analysis, translating insights into compelling product solutions /liliDrive innovation, product improvements, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance customer value, profitability, and market competitiveness /liliAct as the global application expert for installation tools and installation processes, understanding customer workflows, installer requirements and application challenges across infrastructure and industrial markets /liliCollaborate closely with RD, engineering, marketing, operations, quality, and external suppliers to develop and deliver market-leading solutions /liliMonitor product performance, pricing, and profitability, while representing GF at customer visits, industry events, and strategic growth initiatives /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical or business-related field /liliAt least 4 - 6 years of extensive experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Development /liliProfessional experience in a B2B industrial environment, ideally with a manufacturer of complex technical products /liliProven track record in product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, product launches, and portfolio optimization /liliStrong commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability analysis, business case development, and value-based positioning /liliAbility to translate customer needs, market trends, and technical requirements into successful product solutions /liliProactive and hands‑on personality with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliFluent in English and German is an absolute must /liliWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%) /li /ulpApplications from agencies will not be considered. /ppWe’re GF, the global leader in Flow Solutions, solving some of the world’s most urgent challenges from ensuring access to clean water, supporting safe industrial processes and building critical infrastructure to enabling efficient buildings.
