Lead and coordinate purchasing activities across international business units, including supplier negotiations and contract management.

As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Global Product Manager (f/m/d) - Lubricants to drive product strategy, supplier development, and commercial growth on a global scale. Identify new product opportunities and evaluate potential supplier partnerships.
Manage and grow key global customer relationships within the lubricants sector. Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events worldwide.
Candidate Profile Degree or professional qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related technical/commercial discipline. Several years of experience within the chemical industry, ideally in lubricants, additives, specialty chemicals, or related markets.
Proven experience in product management, business development, technical sales, or commercial leadership. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, purchasing, and contract management skills. Demonstrated experience working within Asian markets, including customers, suppliers, distribution partners, or commercial operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Fluent English skills; additional languages are advantageous. Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options.
