Job Description: Why should you join: TE Connectivity's Product Management Team manage all aspects of the product, from driving new product development to bringing into the market.

In this function, you will be part of TE's global Smart Grid team, working on grid monitoring and automation solutions for power grids and will contribute to the development of the energy sector towards smart and digital pathway.

You will be working closely with x-functional teams, managing all aspects of the product life cycle from strategy setting to day-to-day activities, as well as defining and executing the goals associated with the assigned product line.

Attend industry conferences and events Commercial tasks: Drive go-to-market activities for new products and guide sales teams Identify large strategic opportunities for extending product line Develop and implement Plans to include target markets, target accounts, revenues goals and objectives Day-to-ay PM activities: Set up new parts; establish pricing information Work x-functionally, as necessary to support supply chain or quality disruptions Monitor and track sales and business performance and do reporting Support customers and sales team Your ideal profile: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (MBA is a plus) Over 5 years' experience in Product Management or Commercial role Relevant industry experience (distribution power network, smart grids, distribution automation) Financial analysis Entrepreneurship combined with strategic thinking Leadership and the ability to positively influence teams Good communication skills and abilities to establish and motivate teams in a x-functional environment Result and solution oriented Very good English and German communication skills International experience Relevant product experience (protection and control) Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.

Define product requirements and translate customer needs into engineering specifications and PRD.
