GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER (M/F/D) Defens Task • Successfully expand the defense business internationally, particularly in land system • Conduct market and competitor analyses to derive strategic measures for gaining market shar • Define new commercially relevant products and select and specify standardized portfolio elements in accordance with MIL standard • Take responsibility for technical product specifications and translate them into requirements and functional specifications in collaboration with R&D • Manage international product marketing, including revenue and margin monitoring, in collaboration with Sales, Controlling, Production and R&D • Plan and implement market launch activities and support sales organizations in business developmen • Build and transfer application know-how, define transfer and selling prices, and train international target group • Represent the company in relevant committees and user organization Profile • High self-motivation, strategic vision and results orientation, combined with strong coaching skills, intercultural competence, excellent communication abilities and a solution-oriented, value-driven and customer-focused mind • University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification • International experience in the defense environment, preferably in electrical or electromechanical components used in relevant applications • Knowledge of the relevant standards landscape, such as MIL standards • Solid background and professional expertise in product and portfolio management • Experience within the structure of an international company • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel internationally, approximately Perspective • 20%. • A long-term-oriented and independent company with clear values. • An international technology group with a global structure. • Continuous investment in research, digitalization and sustainability.
