Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product development and lifecycle for prosthetic dentistry solutions Drive global product launches and portfolio strategies Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Operations Support digital and traditional workflows across the portfolio Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and end-users Deliver product training for internal teams and customers Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in product management or strategic marketing Strong knowledge of dental workflows (traditional + digital) Background as a dentist, dental technician or similar is a strong plus Proven track record in product launches and portfolio management Strong stakeholder management and project management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global teams Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Japanese or experience with Japanese culture is an asset Why Join GC International AG At GC International AG, you will be part of a growing, innovative company with a global footprint.

About the Role We’re looking for a Global Product Manager (m/f/d) – Prosthetic Dentistry to drive the strategy and lifecycle of our prosthetic dentistry portfolio , with a focus on CAD/CAM milling solutions .

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product development, and global sales, ensuring successful product launches and strong market positioning worldwide.
