Support local teams with structured growth plans, launch preparation, and market‑specific product positioning. Support local teams in selling value rather than only product price. Key responsibilities Category strategy and growth Develop and maintain the global category strategy, market segmentation, and product roadmap for pre-fab HVAC.

Portfolio ownership Own the global product portfolio across the full lifecycle, from customer needs and roadmap definition to launch, optimisation, and phase‑out. Define clear product boundaries between pre‑fab HVAC, HIUs, sanitary modules, bathroom pods, loose components, and adjacent service‑cassette solutions.

Drive portfolio standardisation, modularity, and harmonisation across markets while allowing necessary local adaptations. Business performance Own global category performance, including sales development, profitability, product mix, margin, and pricing logic. Analyse portfolio and market performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Support actions to improve profitability through portfolio discipline, value‑based pricing, standardisation, sourcing input, and operational scalability.

Value proposition and commercial enablement Define customer value propositions around faster installation, reduced site labour, fewer installation errors, improved quality, simplified logistics, and lower total installed cost. Develop sales tools, launch materials, training content, application guidance, and customer‑facing arguments.

Innovation and development Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements, business cases, and development priorities. Work with R&D, engineering, operations, sourcing, supply chain, and sales to develop scalable and profitable pre‑fab HVAC solutions.

Drive innovation in hydronic heating and cooling distribution, modular assemblies, renovation‑oriented solutions, digital configuration, and pre‑tested systems. Required qualifications University degree in engineering, business, HVAC, building services, or a related field.

Experience in product management, category management, business development, or technical commercial leadership. Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic heating and cooling, underfloor heating, prefabricated building services, MEP systems, or construction products is preferred.

Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, customer value, channels, project sales, and go‑to‑market execution. Ability to work across countries and functions in a matrix organisation. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn market data, sales trends, and customer insights into business decisions. Fluent English.

Additional European languages are an advantage. Desired profile Strategic, commercial, and hands‑on. Able to turn a complex portfolio into a scalable growth platform. Strong technical curiosity and understanding of installation logic, customer workflows, and HVAC system applications.

Comfortable balancing global standardisation with local market requirements. Able to influence without direct authority. Customer‑oriented, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial. Success measures Growth of global pre‑fab HVAC sales and profitability. Clear global category strategy and product roadmap.

Improved portfolio structure, modularity, and standardisation. Successful launches of new or updated pre‑fab HVAC solutions. Stronger sales enablement and value selling. Improved margins through portfolio discipline, pricing, and operational scalability. Better alignment between global portfolio direction and local market needs.
